So I just had a baby two months ago and me and my husband started having unprotected sex but he used to pull out but the other day we had sex a day or two after my period ended and  he came inside me due to the condom breaking, I took the a plan B pill within 6 hours and now I haven't stop spotting; at first it was light blood now is a brownish discharge, could I be pregnant again or it's just the plan b side effects!? HELP ME PLEASE
