Combating hunger while dieting

So I've recently gotten back into monitoring my diet a bit more to lose weight, and have been using a fitness app to track my calories, fat, carbs, and protein intake. This is my second day, and I have taken in 800 calories total for breakfast and lunch of the 1500 I am allowed per day. I KNOW I ate a decent amount of food for each meal, but I am SO hungry right now, because I used to eat so much more. How much time will it take for my body to get used to eating so little? Are there any low-calorie/fat/carb snacks that I should invest in? I know fruit is great, but I also know it's high in natural sugar. I'm just looking for advice and stories about your personal experience! Thanks in advance 😊
