Relationship issues, need some input

So i am with a guy and whatever and for the past few years we had alot of bumps in the roads. So far we are good, but we have one issue.. he doesnt want to sit down with his bm and start on a new path with her and also be able to tell her and her friends to stop stalking me around our town. He already stated that he would like to get married and want a family. He is having a hard times being able to agree to sit down and soeak to her, he stated the only way he will if me and her fight. He also stated thateverything he say to her goes in one ear and out the other. Also the only issue i have with her is the stalking. But other than that none.

Do you think i should leave him bc his is stalking me and he wont put his foot down and be a man??

Do you think i should stay with him and dont care about the stalking situation?
