need to rant advice needed as well

I've been with my husband for 10 years married 9 years we have three kids together..we have been having small fights about the stupidest things ever..example we bought a computer today and it's not working it's freezing and super slow I said that sucks we can't be turning it on and off from the power button to get it to work..he says it was fine when I went to the store I come back and it's broken 🤔how did he just blame me for it..we sit to have dinner he eats to bites and says I'm done I don't have an appetite..our fights are  small the kids make him mad he gets mad at me..I said the sushi is nasty today I complain all day how i just said sushi was nasty..he hasn't shown affection in a while I mean we have sex he just hasn't hugged kissed me or said I love you..he is not cheating because he is always home..he is military and shore duty goes in at 5am and home by lunch everyday off weekends if he goes to run an errand he takes our oldest..I have told him if things don't change by the end of school year I'm going back home and staying over there...today I decided no sex till he can start showing me that he cares about me..I feel so lonely in another state and I can't talk to anyone 😔his behavior is making think if  I even want to stay married...
