12 DPO, implantation bleeding?

I'm 12 DPO according to glow, my period is 5 days late and just now I noticed some light pinkish/brown blood when I used the washroom. Lots of cramps happening but so far all tests neg and AF is not rearing her ugly red head. What do you think? When does implantation bleeding occur?

It sounds like your starting AF honestly.
Implantation bleeding can be at 6-12dpo it is normally brown and lasts a couple hours and doesn't change in flow. 
And how can you be 5 days late if your only 12dpo? Luteal phases are 14 days long on average so by the numbers you gave you would have an abdominally short luteal phase at just 7 days long not giving an egg enough time to implant.
try tracking ovulation with OPKS or BBT instead of counting on glow, your period should be due 14dpo.
