I'm also getting flushed and hot in the face while being nauseous and hungry. I've actually never had that happen before. I am going to take a test in the morning just to see but didn't know if the flushed face was any sort of symptom. I did test early a few weeks ago and got a faint positive but then the next test I took days later were negative. So I just assumed it's negative. I haven't been stressing but I do get anxious But I've  just never felt hot in the face.
