Detox during pregnancy
Ladies I need your opinion, would it be best if I just did the detox water diet and more after I have the baby or would it not be a bad idea to start now? I'm 35 weeks 3 days, I'm just now wanting to start change up with my intake with Foods, drinks etc I've always stayed on top of water and done walks throughout the day I just wanna make sure I'm doing something good for my baby 1st..
My pre pregnancy weight was 135 but I am now 166 or 167 not bad I'm actually pretty proud of myself I just wanna start doing something healthier
