baby daddy wants me to have a miscarriage and admitted it

he I've been having problems with him... he didn't believe I was pregnant blocked my number blocked me on literally everything so I took 2 pregnancy test and called him on my friends phone to ask if I could come talk to him and stuff so I showed up there handed him the pregnancy test and because he told me the other day "IF it's my kid I will take care of it" so I told him "if" it's your kid your not gonna be part of its life after what he did to me... I got back in the car and my friend was on the Phone and laughed he ripped open my door and scream in our faces "are you fucking laughing at me" the raised his hand lowered it and walked away. then later tonight I tried texting him number still blocked so I unblocked him on my other facebook to message him about it.... he was being a huge dick to me then my bestfriend was messaging him to.... and he said this to her⬇⬇..... should I wait till the baby is born and save ever message everything and take him to court? or should I block him out of my life and the babys life?
