BBT Timing??

Summer

So I usually sleep through the night and wake up at 6am. That is when I take my temp, but the last couple night I have not been sleeping well, and last night I woke up around 430, and I decided to temp.

It dropped way low, below the cover line. I went back to sleep and woke up at 6 as usual. I took my temp again because I know it is important to temp at the same time.

Well, it went up way up. Higher than my temp from yesterday.

I did not get out of bed, or drink any water either time. Which temp is more accurate?
