I've been taking ovulation tests. I started a week ago when my fertile period started and glow says I'm supposed to ovulate today but test says no. It always says no. I had a tubal pregnancy many years ago and lost my left tube. Does this mean I ovulate every other month? I'm confused as not had a positive ovulation test yet!
