Miscarriage.. but how if I am not even bleeding...

I'm overwhelmed.😢😢 I just want to give up. Supposed to be 5 weeks but apparently my levels have dropped. My obgyn told me this is not going to be a viable pregnancy. How and I'm not even bleeding smh . Just why??? 😢😕 I want to just sleep away this nightmare..... Well baby dust to everyone. This is shall get through 🤕😭😩
