Is rough sex and pregnancy a bad thing?

So last night me and my husband had rough sex. And it was amazing. It was the roughest sex we have ever had. He was going from the back and I can feel he is the deepest in me when he goes from the back. Now he went ham and was pounding me a good 2 mins without stopping and it kinda got to where I couldn't take it but I kept having orgasms so the pain I did have I didnt pay no attention to. So we finished. And then all of a sudden what felt like my stomach underneath my belly button and my bladder felt sore. And no lie it hurt. It hurt to move kinda. I woke up this morning with the same pain feeling. Also, when I went to the bathroom during the night. My lower have of my stomach kinda where you cramp at with periods hurt especially because my bladder was full. So should I be concerned? 🙈 I took some Tylenol and the pain feels better than it did. And also should you not have rough sex while pregnant? Is it bad that I did? Need advice thanks.

If you are having pain and cramping then yes it was too rough. The issue arises when it causes enough cramping that you are at risk for preterm labor or a placenta tear. Most likely you are fine but if the pain continues through out the day I'd call the dr. A little bit of tightness after an orgasm is completely normal actual pain and continued cramping as in hours later is not.

I was concerned with this also. Ive asked several different ways (other women, my dr, research online) and basically got the same answers. As long as you feel ok and arent in pain, baby is more then likely ok as well. However you seem to be in pain and I know if I felt like that id be scared to death. Id call my dr and just ask what they think. Always better safe than sorry right? :) hopefully everything's good and ya just had too much fun lol

My dr said no tylenol for pregnancy only ibuprofen or motrin

I am scared to have any tough sex. I tell my husband to please go slow and if I start to hurt then we'll stop. I always get scared after and check to make sure I don't bleed. Now that we're getting closer to her being full term I want to be as careful as possible so she doesn't come early.
