Breast milk for acne ?

I dont know why all of a sudden my face broke out! Anyways, i was reading about all these magical propreties of breast milk and i was wondering if any of you mamas tried it as a face mask or some sort of facial. I am going to give it a try today.. since it is free ahhah!

I broke out so bad when i was like 2 months postpartum. I tried everything and nothing worked.. it lasted for about 2 months and then slowly started going away. I used the black charcoal bar soap from yes to tomatoes (found at target) and washed my face twice a day.. it defiently helped out a lot. I did put breastmilk on my face once in awhile but I personally never noticed a difference. Now I have scars from the acne and I'm using a baking soda/water scrub twice a week, with a coconut oil "mask" afterwards. I just started and I already noticed my scars fading. Hormones have a huge role in the acne, so time is going to be your best medicine

I personally have not, but my sister in law uses it for her eczema but putting it in her bath water. It has cleared her skin every time she gets a bad trigger. I don't see why you couldn't use it on your face. Just fill the sink with warm water and add some.
