Has anyone had period type cramping for a couple of weeks with no bleeding. Was due a period beginning of this month which was a no show. Only a spot of blood last week. Been sick on and off for the past week. I haven't been able to eat much gone off food. I don't know what to think? It feels like I'm having af but not. So confused and drained😔
