My bf doesn't want to have sex

Me and my bf are together 24/7. I know of he is not cheating. But he doesn't want to have sex or be spontaneous. I want to be wild like I was younger. I tell his this stuff but nothing happened. We have been together 3 years. I miss the guys I at first had a one night stand with and then he start staying over at my house. I miss how he would just jump on me and we couldn't watch a movie cause we would kiss all the time. I want so much love right now and he wont. What do I do? I try to be sexy and smart and please him but he always gets mad or says he is tired.... I just want to have sex!!!!!!
