With a 15 weeks old daughter,  it's all about routine. Deviate from the routine and u have a cranky as hell baby

Combination of both. I have a 7 month old daughter and I try my best to keep her naps, feedings and bedtime on her normal routine. Otherwise I'm in for a long day and night. But when she's awake we might go run errands, go to the park, go to her grandparents and other random stuff. Some days we might be lazy all day and others I might decide to deep clean the house
