Silly to change the name I picked?

My husband and I picked names out before we even got our BFP he picked the boys name and I picked the girls name. Well my best friends sister is also pregnant with a girl and already announced her name and I now I want to change it. I wanted Harper Marie and she is naming her daughter Quinn Harper. My husband says I should keep it because it's the first name I fell in love with but now I'm not so sure. Insite?

Here's my opinion.

1. She's not in your family so it won't be a name you hear often, especially being that it's the middle name. People won't assume you took it from her I'm sure.

2. If you loved the name, then why not still use it? If her using the name however, made you love it less or maybe now you just like it? I would find a new name.

3. Just because you picked a name, doesn't mean you HAVE to use it. People have their kids names picked out up until birth and then change it when they meet the baby. Nothing is set in stone, so just discuss your options on other names with your husband... If Harper is still your favorite then keep it!(:
