I would start by tracking your ovulation with test strips you can buy a huge bulk on amazon. Glow was usually a week or so off when predicting my ovulation. Also try taking prenatals. Good luck dear.

You can listen to your body to pin point when you ovulate. Sometimes we ovulate earlier or later than what is considered normal.
