Anyone have very faint spotting in first trimester?

I just need some reassurance.  I'm talking barely pink but with some very mild on and off lower abdomen cramping but I had the cramping with my last pregnancy too and my son is happy and healthy.

Yes I spotted lightly pink and brown at 4-6 weeks with minor cramps. Doctors couldn't find anything wrong. I'm 19 weeks now and growing well. Think positive 🌟

Yes I had very light pink blood and that's because of recent sex or anything really. Your cervix is really soft right now so it doesn't take much for them to bleed. I also bled bright red and brown and I'm now 25 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl!! Don't worry

I had brown spotting from a very small subchorionic bleed around 6 weeks. Fully resolved itself and my girl is very healthy and active at 24 weeks now.

Yes. I spotted around 6 weeks and it was pretty red, an ultrasound confirmed all was well. I'm almost 18 weeks now ☺️

Spotting weeks 6-10 from a subchorionic bleed. Heavy period bleeding weeks 14-16 from a marginal placenta previa. Currently 18 weeks and I haven't bled or spotted in two weeks. Ultrasound in Valentine's Day to confirm everything has resolved.

Doesn't hurt to let your doctor know. Also, of you have a negative blood type you may need to have a rhogam shot early.
