NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART
So I know this is by no means a replacement for a doctors opinion but do you guys think this is something to call my doctors office for?

To give some background I recently got the implant in my arm (nexplanon) at the beginning of December. I was supposed to receive my period towards the middle of December and it never came. I was told after getting nexplanon your period can become lighter and even stop all together, so I really didn't think anything of it. I was supposed to receive my January period Around the 10th or so and it didn't come so I just took it as nexplanon had stoppped my periods and I wasn't gonna complain. Well a week after my period was supposed to start I started getting super super light spotting. Like basically discolored discharge. Then about a week after I had to start using a tampon but it was still sooo light but the blood went from brown when I first started the spotting to gradually becoming super bright red. Well the past few day I've had slight cramping (going on week 2 spotting). Last night and this morning it was excruciating, I wanted to throw up and cry; I've never had cramps this bad. And finally not even 30 minutes ago I got home and went to change my tampon and had a giant bloody mass come out on it and I felt ANOTHER mass come out too and grabbed that with toilet paper. Does this look like it could be a miscarriage to you guys? Or maybe it's a giant clot and I'm overreacting? Any advice you have is welcomed :)
