Last night around 9:00pm I was having low cramping. It felt like "pins and needles." Then, around 11:00pm I started bleeding/spotting when I wiped. It has stopped for now but worried that it may start up again. Should I call my OBGYN and see if they can get me a progesterone suppository? I'm 4 weeks 6 days and just got my BFP on Friday, so I had planned to call them Monday anyway.
