my period concerns me??

I don't know if it's just me or if this is normal. But my period is super super light  and this started only a couple months ago. Before it used to be a regularish flow but it changed and I don't recall any changes to my lifestyle that could possibly change my flow

That happens. Your body goes through changes, its completely normal. I've had mine for 3 days with no cramps and light bleeding and I've also had it for 8 days with terrible cramps and heavy bleeding.

Mines doing the same thing. I'm going to ask my doctor about it tomorrow. Not going for that but I'm going to bring it up.

Sometimes it just changes. I used to have very heavy periods, but now they've become lighter and more predictable. Sometimes your cycle just changes a bit.
