Opk tests?

First time using the opk and ItS day two of my fertile window, so it says on this app. I took a opk and I honestly don't know how to read these. Its a cheap dollar store brand. Can someone tell me if I am starting to ovulate or is it ending? Right now I'm having sex every other day, just in case. Supposed to be very fertile on Thursday so it says.
