red dot on boob

Tmi all close up in my boob but it's kinda worrying me since it is on my boob it's not a pimple I tried to pop it nothing came out it's just a regular red dot right there I don't know if I should be worried or call a doctor to see if it's normal but I don't want to sound crazy if it's nothing and maybe a popped vessel. Does it seem serious?
