When did you increase your BM ounces in bottle?

My little man is 2 months and is currently getting 4 oz of breast milk in a bottle every 3 hours while at daycare. Trying to get an idea of if/when his ounces will increase and will it stay roughly every 3 hours? Thanks!

When he cried after he ate i gave him more untill he was satisfied.

Every baby is different, but in my experience it never increased. At 3m she took 4oz 3x a day, and she's 11m now and takes the same or less amount.

It's actually false that breast milk changes as your baby gets old so they don't need more. Breastfed babies just normally eat more frequently so they take smaller bottles whereas formula babies eat larger quantities but don't eat as often. If you look at the overall ounces a baby drinks a day formula and breastfed babies drink the same amount..on average. Idk the recommended amount off the top of my head but I would just look it up and make sure your baby is eating around that much. I would only up his ounces if he starts going longer between feeds

Unlike formula breast milk content changes as the baby gets older so you probably won't have to up the quantity too much. My son is almost 9 months old and still gets 4 oz of breast milk when he takes a bottle and even with solids in the mix it's still every 3-4 hours.

Every baby is different and they eat different amounts at different times. The day care provider should let you know when he is starting to eat more.
