insomnia while on my period
Am I the only one who gets insomnia the first couple days of my period?! I have a long day at work tomorrow starting at 7 am followed by a staff meeting after work that runs until 8 pm. It's midnight and I'm exhausted but can't sleep! It drives me nuts!!
