I had my baby 2 weeks ago, afterwards i had the normal bleeding going on then as of today i have been having heavy bright red bleeding (filling a pad about every hour or so) and blood clots, one was the size of a lemon and others fall into the pad in multiples or into the toilet. I can feel them come out onto the pad and when i use the bathroom blood drips into the toilet as well...wondering if anyone can help with advice.
