Am I gaining weight in my face?

My dr warned me the nexoplanon could cause weight gain. I didn't think much of it because I NEVER gain weight and I am out of BC options if nexoplanon doesn't work. But after comparing old (not that old just like a few months ago type old) and new pictures im feeling a little horrified!
