Help! Afraid of Labor FTM!

Around 30 weeks I found out I have vulvar Varicose veins (Varicose veins in the vaginal area) TMI it's gotten so bad that one side is so swollen that it looks like a ball, and if you feel on top there is a huge vein! I do have the V2 supporter (female jockstrap) that helps compress it but it's only gotten worse. I've asked my doctor for a csection and he doesn't want to he believes that I should have it naturally. I'm really terrified that my veins might pop during labor and I'll lose a lot of blood and I don't want to risk anything with my baby. I know that a csection is a major surgery and I was trying to avoid it at all costs but I'm really afried of what might happen 😭! I've read a lot of moms saying that nothing happened to them but I haven't read theirs being as bad as this. I'm currently 38 weeks. Advice please 🙏🏻
