OPK Testing

According to the app today is my last day being fertile and this is my second day with the test line darker. Earlier in the week it was faint than equal. I'm confused. My ovulation should have occurred on Jan 20-21 and I felt sharp pains for about 25mins so o was sure it was ovulation. My cycle started onJan 18, 28 day cycle. Has this happened to anyone? Does this mean I'm ovulating late? Husband and I BD on the 25th
