Swollen vagina lip 3x normal size

This is kinda graphic so I do apologize but I'm freakin out. I'm 20 yrs old. Me and my boyfriend have been together 2 years. This morning we had sex. Now my left inner labia, my inner lip, is completely swollen from front to back about 3 size my right lip. And I went pee, which is when I noticed it, and it burned to pee. I've been having UTI/yeast infections more often then usual lately and this last time I thought I had gotten rid of it because it stopped burning when I went pee but I'm not sure at this point. It started hurting a little during sex. I put hydrocortisone cream on for now. Any idea or anyone else experience this before that could tell me what it is. I've never had this happen before. If the swelling doesn't go away by tomorrow morning, I'm going to the doctor.
