can someone please help me

I don't have health insurance until march 1st so I can't go to my OBGYN. I had my period but it was a week late and kinda heavy. Then it ended and everything was fine. For a week. Now I'm having a lightish period again. Does anyone know what could be wrong with me? I have the paragard iud. It was inserted in September. It's January. And I can't afford anything my husband has been out of work and I don't make much money. The blood is too much for a small liner but is okay in a thin pad. It's not excessive.
