Soo how long do u guys leave ur tampons in for? I've read sooo many posts on "I keep them all night" not to offend anyone but that's soo unsafe and unhealthy but then there's people that change them every 2-3 hours. I'm a teen with an awful family ATM and have no women in my life. I usually change them every 6 hours.. but my flow is very light sometimes. Help!
