c-section mommas- what is this?!

I thought this was part of my incision bc all I could do was feel with my hand. So this morning I finally took my phone and put it in selfie mode to see what's going on down there and I can tell it's definitely not part of my incision. It's on my right hip. Looks like a blister and feels like one too!

Did you have one of those air bandages on right after the procedure? I did and turns out I'm very allergic to the type adhesive on those. Got watery blisters around the whole exterior of the bandage around my incision.  Never been allergic to an adhesive before to my knowledge but it's quite.common apparently for those bandages.

Looks like a blister to me too! Maybe they nicked you with the cauterizer? I'd ask the doctor and until then follow general instructions for caring for a blister (don't touch it, don't try to pop it, keep it dry and clean).
