Do you or did you sleep train your baby? If yes what method?

No, but we co sleep, so not on her own.  She sleeps when she sleeps, and I nurse or dad feeds her when she wakes up. I know some folks will say that it's a bad habit and I'm setting her up for sleep problems later...don't care one bit. It works for us. (6 months old now)

No. I nurse my baby to sleep and lay her down in her crib. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times but I can't stand to hear her cry. It breaks my heart. This is what I've always done. Baby #3. My 10 year old and 3 year old have been sleeping in twin size beds since they were 2 with no problems.

I did Ferber mixed with the Pick Up-Put Down method when she was 14 weeks old. I did timed check ins and if she got too worked up, I picked her up and rocked her for a few minutes just to settle her down, then laid her back down while she was still awake. 
I trained her on naps and nighttime simultaneously. It took 3 days and she was sleeping 8-8 at night (no feeds) and napping 3-4 hrs per day. 
She's 6.5 months now and still sleeps 11-12hrs straight at night and naps 3-4 hrs.

Ferber.  She was sleep trained in one night (at around 13-14weeks).  Naps are different bc she is in daycare but whatevs.  Thank goodness for sleep training bc I was dying.

Ferber method. I recommend getting his book. The Amazon reviews sold me on it. It's very thorough and brought me peace of mind while doing it. It's hard, but SO worth it. My LO now sleeps 7-7, usually waking once around 5am for a feeding.

We used the Ferber method at 6 months when we moved her to her nursery/crib. The longest she ever slept was 3 hours and usually more like 1.5 hours so something had to give. We started with naps, it took 3 days for all naps to be in her crib easily, after a week of good naps we put her in at bedtime. The first night she slept 7 hours straight. A month later she wakes 1 time about 3am to nurse and goes back down until 7am.

I guess we are both- we use sleep cues for naps although she out herslef on a somewhat regular schedule. 
But for nights we did Ferber...two nights of crying and she's slept 10 + hrs ever since

We tried Ferber and she hated the check ins. It made her scream louder and longer each time. Switched to extinction and she was sleeping within 3 days. Still wakes around 4 to eat. Naps are a whole other ball game 😫
