What is happening to me?!

So like the 11 of january I started having old blood as a discharge, I know that means my period is coming soon but today my period haven't come yet... is the first time this happen to me and I didn't have unprotected sex recently. Do I have to go to the doctor? Is this normal? I'm 20 years old.
