We lost our baby at 10wks 3 days along. I remember staring at it laying in the toilet. I never got a picture. I googled baby pics and this one looks just like ours. Is it weird if I keep it on my phone to give my baby a face?

A friend of mine was able to get her babies remains after her D&C and she buried him today. So obviously I was thinking of my angel baby. I was so in shock at the time that I flushed my baby down the toilet. She was only 6 weeks size of a golf ball the entire thing! I wish I knew then what I know now.

I think she is a star now!! So I have a star necklace and I keep my ultrasound on my phone. It will be 3 months in Feb! I can't believe so much time has passed. It's still surreal for me.

I did the same thing except it was a girl who was on this app who was due the same day as me. She made a pretty little photo. I followed her on here we were kinda like pregnancy buddies I guess (we commented on the same stuff and would respond to each other) and she lost her baby and I lost mine. I was too scared to look when it happened I just sort of lost my mind. I had wanted to get my baby and bury him but I wasn't able to 💔 so instead of remembering the horrible actual bloody sight I remembered the baby by my ultrasound and her photos. It helped me a lot. It's not weird. It's what helps you grieve and what helps you move on and be able to cope. It's not easy. ❤️
