Worried about 2nd miscarriage

I feel like I'm losing my mind...I miscarried in July at 9 weeks, baby had stopped growing at 7 wks 1 day. :'( I remember at the time(around 7 wks) I just stopped feeling tired or having any other symptoms....now I'm 8 weeks 1 day and I feel like my symptoms(nausea, fatigue) are going away and I can't stop worrying...my initial appointment isn't till I'm 10 weeks, although I did hear a heartbeat at 7 wks 1 day at the ER because I went in for spotting. Anyways, sorry for the long post...I just feel so worried. Anyone else here pregnant after a miscarriage??
