20 week ultrasound results for my di/di twins

So my doctors office made it a point to call me n make sure i have a follow up appointment with my obgyn about my anatomy scan... other then one of my girls measuring a week off they seemed healthy from my seat i feel them both moving around and had no bleeding cramping at all through my pregnancy.... im a first time mom here n having bad anxiety i had them move up my appointment to go over the results... am i over reacting or is it normal to feel this worry.
