Where does your pet sleep?

Im guessing its a culture thing but when I see so many pictures of dogs, cats etc in their owners bed its just weird to me. Even when i traveled to the us an saw the animals on the trains and buses it freaked me out. Where i am from pets stay outside in the yard.

Some people treat animals like their animals and other treat them like their children. Me and my bf treat them like kids lol. We spoil them with toys and kisses. I've known people who chain their dogs up outside all day every day , what's the point of having a pet if that's all you do with them. That's not much of a life.

They sleep on the couch. Sometimes my hubby spoons with the dog lol

Our cats slept on our beds because they were small and not so much in the way. However, our dog slept on the floor but wherever on the floor he pleased, though we did have a dog bed for him. I would never let a dog sleep on my bed and am not a fan of my cat being on it either. Animals are gross. 😕

My dog only goes outside to play and use the restroom. She sleeps in her bed on the floor but right beside my bed and she knows she's welcome to climb in if she wants too. She's family. I wouldn't sleep outside so I'm not gonna make her.

Ours sleep together in a big pen in a corner of our living room. They are rescues and weren't trained well when we got them. Despite obedience classes and lots of training and love they will will destroy the house if left to their own devices!

My husband is allergic so we don't let our cats in the bedroom to give him a bit of a haven, but other than that they usually end up on one of the couches or a comfy chair when they sleep.  They have a carpeted cat tree, but it's kind of exposed so I think they like the cover of a couch arm/back a little more. We don't let them outside at all though, and they get a bath every 2-3 weeks.

They sleep in their crate with lots of blankets. They snuggle together, it's so cute. They actually love it too, we tell them "it's bedtime" and they run in 😂 I would let them sleep in the bed but they're just too big so i would rather them be comfortable than be on the floor.
