Help so confused

So I had my positive ovulation test and ovulated around the 20th Jan. Now AF is due Thursday. I had some slight nausea last week, nipples slightly sore and tummy now bloated, but just at the bottom. Usually leading up to my AF I'm in so much pain as have endometriosis.. But this time.. Nothing. Checked my cervix yesterday and today and its High soft and closed. Isn't it meant to be low and open to prep for AF :/ could this be a sign of pregnancy?????? Would appreciate yalls feedback :) PS I've had a negative test : /
