So I am about to be 20. My husband and I are TTC, but we want to foster and adopt children regardless of if we ever conceive. You have to be 21 to foster a child, so we have to wait a year. I've heard that you can start the process early, like go through the classes and such before you're 21. Has anyone done this? ANYONE who is a foster parent or has been a foster parent, please give me any info and advice you may have.
