31 weeks pregnant ????

Question

Does anyone else feel like they can't breath ???? I feel panicky like I am unable to get enough oxygen. It feels like I have stuffed myself with as much food as I possibly could 24/7.

Yes! I eat less then my 6 year old now! I'm quite small I'm only 5'1 and I feel like she is taking up every inch of me lol. I can feel her clean down by my bikini line and in my ribs!

31 weeks today and the combo of short of breath and the heart palpitations I keep getting is terrifying lol. I know it's only gonna get worse and that scares me!

Yes! Oh my gosh! It's awful!! I think I ate too much for lunch today & I was struggling for like 5 hours just super uncomfortable & couldn't breathe. I was literally in tears! It felt like I had a girdle on my chest & tummy so tight & I was suffocating 😢 everyday seems to be more of a struggle to breathe & get comfortable...

Yes I definitely feel like this, especially after a big meal. I think it may be a little bit of acid reflux as well so it's the pain near my breastbone I am feeling. I find if I eat smaller meals I don't feel that lack of oxygen as much.

Yup. Also 31.5 weeks and feel like my lungs are being squeezed...probably because they are.

Definitely me! Im 30 weeks and I've also found out my heart beats harder and faster also.
