I noticed this a few days ago it almost feels like a super painful pimple, but it's not. It's a lump about the size of a dime that is bulging and very painful. The pain seems to be getting worse. I first noticed it while i was washing in the shower and it only bothered me when I touched it but now I feel it constantly. It's right between my left thigh and my groin. My fiancé says it looks like a busted vein but idk. Does anyone have any clue? It's purple as you can tell too.
