19 day cycle ?

Is a 19 day cycle normal ? Also, i bled for 5 days  my period usually lasts 6 days with a 31 day average cycle length.

No. Anything shorter than 21 days is not normal but 21 days is often not ideal. Your cycle should be between 26-33 days
