Food poisoning? What made me sick?

Okay so TMI I know. Right now I am currently vomiting, and I'm pretty sure it's from food poisoning. I show no other symptoms. Today, I have spaghetti with a side of cauliflower from my university cafeteria for lunch and for dinner I had Chick-fil-A. Right now my vomit consists of mostly cauliflower. Is that the cause of my food poisoning?

Food poisoning clans it your entire system, not only the food that caused it. I feel like it's more likely to have been caused by fast food though because handling isn't the best.

Sometimes it's not necessarily the food you ate that current day that gave you the food poisoning. 
My whole family got food poisoning from supper that my mom made one night- my mom and step dad got sick that very night, my brother got sick the night after, and I got sick the day after my brother. It really could have been anything you've eaten in the past few days, I hope you feel better soon!

I had food poisoning recently. I figured out that it was from a steak I ate 48 hours prior. (My husband thought it was a good idea to refreeze thawed meat 😒). Anyways you know it's food poisoning because other than it spewing from both ends and feeling well terrible you have no other symptoms. Just let it run its course. Stay hydrated! That's the number one cause of hospitalization from food poisoning and is far more dangerous then you body expelling whatever you ate.

Was there lettuce on the sandwich?  Raw products that isn't properly washed is a big part of food poisoning

It could anything really. It doesn't necessarily even have to be the food. Many times people become sick from touching contaminated objects.

There is no way to know what caused it for sure, it sometimes takes a few hours to a day to show symptoms of food poisoning, sometimes it happens right away. :(

Food poisoning isn't all that common and if it was the food, other customers would be affected and it'd be a whole big thing. Probably if an ER trip isn't needed and the CDC isn't eventually involved, it's safe say it's not food poisoning.

It's a virus, most likely.
