So, my son is 7 months old. And he sleeps with me. Daddy works long long hours (EMT and volunteers as well) and we pretty much don't share a bed unless is the weekend. So I pretty much keep me company during the week. Well, I've been trying to have him sleep alone in his bed next to ours. And he's fine with it. Wakes up the usual times for a bottle. It's ME who's not okay. I can't sleep. Takes me forever to fall asleep. Daddy just text me telling "stop suffering. Be with him. I'm not home, he's the one taking care of your sleep" and as he said that, LO woke up, I got him, we went to make his bottle. And he's sleeping right next to me. And I'm about to knock out as well. Criticize me. That's ok.
