I'm at a loss.. HELP. Stress level is at MAX.

Soo to sum this up in one question: If my husband and I are trying to add me on his health insurance, after the 30 day special enrollment period, about how long will it take to approve and add me.
Now here's the backstory...
My husband and I got married on November 6, not thinking about it, we didn't add me on insurance at the time because I'm still covered under my mom. Now mind you I'm not some "teenager that has mommy pay for everything" I'm long pat a teenager, but still under 25. I give my mom money every month for health insurance and just figured it would be easier to just stay on it because she has great health insurance. WELL, we ended up getting pregnant and am now 6 weeks along. I tried setting up an appointment and had NO idea that defendants on health insurance do not qualify for ANY prenatal care which would cost me thousands and thousands out of pocket. Since I'm not covered my obgyn wouldn't let me set up an appointment. Husband tried contacting insurance to add me and they said we had to send in an appeal. We did that yesterday, but I'm wondering how long, roughly, should it take before we hear anything back and me getting covered. I want to know that the baby is healthy and growing as it should.
ALSO, before I hear ANYONE saying oh you should've just done it before. Well shit take me back in time in your fancy time machine. Until you can do that- obviously not happening. Before I hear- oh well if you can't afford the thousands to pay maybe you shouldn't have gotten pregnant. Well I could go buy a car from a dealership at sticker price but if the salesmen will drop the price don't you think I'd rather do that??
