Lol my first daughter was measuring two weeks ahead.... she came a week late. She was 8 pounds 6 ounces and 21.5 inches long.

It's normal to measure 2 weeks small or late

I don't know what is more common. But I would think it would be closer to the EDD rather than the measurements because the fundal height measurements don't really tell the doctor how far along you are. The reason they measure it is to see if there's any big change between two appointments etc.
