contractions maybe?

Im having contractions i believe
They come every 3-5 minutes
Ive had 3 already in 16 minutes .. 
should I go to my ob??

It really hurts , pain is at 5 out of 10. 
My back is killing me.

Yes go get seen! After having contractions already I was told more than 4 in hour while resting needs to be addressed

Definitely call. Not worth the risk! Drink a lot of water and lay down too. If they are false labor, that should help them stop.
